I wrote a blog entry while traveling down in Florida back in February. The article was picked up by Melissa Deats. owner of Road Trip Journal and posted on the site as one of five best articles of the month for the May contest. Today, I was informed that the article has taken first place. I want to thank each and every one of you for your support to those that voted. It has entitled me to a $100 gas cash gift card which will come in handy on the trip back east later in the summer. The gift was nice.
